4. Marketplace Services Lifky.com is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to sales contracts. Sellers are responsible for:

• Complying with all laws in their country and the buyer's country.
• Only selling legal items in the respective jurisdictions.

Buyers are responsible for payment and compliance with local laws.

5. Prohibited Activities No illegal items, fraud, infringement of IP, spam, etc.

7. Intellectual Property You grant us a license to display your listings.
